# Untapped Potential in Esports: Our Outreach Strategy
Let's take a moment to appreciate how we seem to be doing this all the time.
## Our Current Focus
We've selected **untapped potential in esports** as our focus for the next few days—maybe until the 12th. Tomorrow we might pivot to a different vertical, and that's completely fine.
Right now, it makes sense to do everything through Twitter because our outreach is relatively small anyway. We're starting there, and then we can ramp up on different platforms later. It makes sense to focus on Twitter first—if I can do one platform well, I can do others. The effective ceiling hasn't been reached yet.
When we hit something like 1,000 likes, then we can think about monetizing that channel.
## What We've Done So Far
Here's our process:
1. **Identified the opportunity** – We spotted untapped potential in the esports market
2. **Selected five potential customers** – Based on thorough research
3. **Applied our framework** – Used the green light/red light system based on our outreach framework
This way, we can repeat the entire process for different verticals—or stick with the same vertical and refine our approach in ways that make sense.
## Moving from Theory to Action
Recently, I'd been thinking about how to do outreach properly. And here we are—already on day three or four, doing full-scale outreach.
I've been thinking about performance optimization too, but honestly? That makes more sense to tackle on weekends. It's Wednesday—time for real marketing work.
And that's exactly what we're doing.
